Tokyo Motorcycle Show: Honda to display 21 models including new CBR1000RR SP

Honda has unveiled its plans for its exhibits at the Osaka Motorcycle Show March 18 to 20 at Intex Osaka and the Tokyo Motorcycle Show March 24 to 26 at Tokyo Big Sight.

Honda says it will display two concept models, the Rebel 250 Style Concept, a bike with a BMX motif for the exterior based on the new Rebel 250 cruiser, and the CB1100RS Customized Model, which is based on the CB1100RS but with a sportier image.

It plans to display 4 mass market models. The models it plans display are the CBR1000RR SP full-sized super sport bike which has been made lighter and more compact with new electronic control technology, the CBR250RR sporty bike, the X-ADV adventure model, and the new Rebel 500 cruiser. It will also display the RC213V (MotoGP), CRF450RW (MXGP) and COTA 4RT (Trial World Championship) HRC work machine champions. It says it will also display the CB1100RS, CRF1000L Africa Twin and CRF250 Rally for a total of 21 models.

It also plans to display various items to support the lives of a wide range of riders including riding wear exhibits and offers, and introducing the Honda Moto LINC smartphone app.
