Yamaha will introduce its new Fino 125 125cc scooter in Thailand in mid-September. The price is open. Production and sales will; be handled by TYM (Thai Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd.).
The Fino 125 has an air-cooled 125cc Blue Core engine that makes it both fun to ride and fuel efficient. While boosting engine capacity up from the current model’s 115cc, it still offers the same fuel economy and riding enjoyment. The Fino 125 is the third model after the 2014 Grand Filano and 2015 GT125 to get the Blue Core engine.
It has the top-class styling and attention to detail that the Fino line is known for with its diamond cut lens LED headlights and new form, which is perfectly matched to the Blue Core engine. It can take ethanol-blended fuel (E85), which is popular in Thailand.
Since its introduction in 2016, the Fino has been received favorably by a wide demographic as a fashionable high AT scooter. It underwent a full model change in 2013 that gave it better styling, new features and better fuel economy through its use of FI electronic fuel injection. Now, nine years after its introduction, the Fino is still Yamaha’s flagship model in Thailand.
The wide demographic for the new Fino extends from teenagers to riders in their forties and Yamaha expects Thai sales to increase.
