Honda previews redesigned Legend on website

Honda has pre-released details on its website regarding the partially redesigned Legend sedan, which will be introduced next February.

The current fifth-generation Legend featuring Sport Hybrid SH-AWD, the world’s first hybrid system that fully operates all four wheels through its engine and three motors, was released in February 2015. For this minor update, Honda has made adjustments to its body, chassis and control, enhancing the vehicle’s handling performance and riding comfort.

The exterior has been elegantly refined on both the front and rear, incorporating a trapezoidal design and enhancing its powerful stance. The interior also offers a variety of improvements to the seating configuration, upholstery, coloring, etc. In addition, the redesigned Legend is Honda’s first model to feature Traffic Jam Assist for its Honda Sensing driving assist technology. Traffic Jam Assist facilitates the driver when accelerating, braking or steering in traffic jams such as on highways by maintaining distance from the car in front at speeds of between 0 and around 65km/h while staying within the lane.
