On September 12, Toyota Motor Europe unveiled the C-HR Hy-Power Concept. It made its debut at the 2017 Frankfurt Motor Show.
The C-HR Hy-Power is a concept car that shows the future direction of Toyota’s hybrids. It’s based on the C-HR compact crossover. Toyota plans to unveil more C-HR high performance hybrid models at the beginning of next year.
The concept car’s design was done by ED2, Toyota’s European design center in Nice, France. The design takes the C-HR’s emotional and powerful look even further.
Parts of the body are done in frosted Dark Carbon Silver. The design makes effective use of features like the Toyota emblem and wheel arch trip under the front lip spoiler. It has dark chrome for the headlamps, 20-inch wheels, and the area around the windows. The roof and door mirrors are emblazoned with Burning Orange.
The interior continues with the exterior’s design theme. It’s base color is black with touches of Burning Orange. The Toyota Touch 2 multimedia system has orange trim around the instrument panel.
