On August 31, Toyota Europe announced that they would be giving the world its first look at the C-HR Hy-Power concept car at the Frankfurt Motor Show 2017, held in Frankfurt, Germany starting September 12.
The concept takes for a base the small Toyota crossover car, the C-HR, and serves to show how the company is trying to expand the hybrid power train application in the future.
The design was handled by Toyota’s design center ED2 in Nice, France. According to Toyota, the team has managed to redesign the car to further accentuate its emotional and powerful look.
Toyota Europe also released a preview image of the Hy-Power concept to the public the other day. While there are no major difference between it and the current C-HR on the market, we can infer from this that the majority of the differences can be found in the new hybrid power train the concept will utilize.
