On April 5, Mitsubishi announced that it would give the world its first peek at the 2018 Outlander Sport at the New York Motor Show 2017 starting April 12.
The front side of the 2018 model utilizes Mitsubishi’s new design concept known as the “Dynamic Shield.” With an all new grill and bumper, the car gives off a masculine, sporty appearance from the front.
The interior sees improvements to on-board connectivity. On the dashboard is a 7-inch display that allows for connectivity with smartphones over the audio system, supporting both Apple’s “CarPlay” and Google’s “Android Auto” apps.
The car is also getting a new package: the Touring Package. Complete with automatic brakes, lane drifting warnings, and automatic high beams, this new package provides the height of safety features available today.
