Mercedes-Benz launches top-of-the-line GLC 63

On April 5, Mercedes-Benz launched its Mercedes-AMG GLC 63 4MATIC+ and GLC 63 4MATIC+ Coupe to the European market.

These high-performance trims rank atop the GLC and GLC Coupe series. Already available for the GLC 43, the 4MATIC+ and 4MATIC+ Coupe will offer even greater performance for the GLC 63.

The powertrain is the same direct injection 4.0-liter V8 twin-turbo gasoline engine equipped on the Mercedes-AMG GT sports car, which generates 476hp/5,500-6,250rpm of maximum output and 66.3kgm/1,750-4,500rpm of maximum torque.

The transmission is an AMG Speedshift MCT 9-speed system. The drive system is an AMG Performance 4MATIC+ permanent all-wheel drive with variable torque distribution. Both trims offer world-leading performances with acceleration from 0 to 100km/h in four seconds and speeds of up to 250km/h (due to speed limiter).
