A Diamond-Coated Rolls Royce!?!?

High end English automatker Rolls-Royce Motor Cars premiered their new Ghost varient, the Ghost “Elegance,” on March 7 at the Geneva International Motor Show 2017.

Taking the company’s main seller, the Ghost, as a base, the Ghost Elegance is special model customized by the team at Rolls-Royce’s “Bespoke” car customization program. Bespoke pride themselves on working to make even the most detailed and intricate of requests a possibility for customers, and many Rolls-Royce owners utilize their service when purchasing a car from the company.

The main highlight from the Ghost Elegance shown off at the Geneva International Motor Show is its body color. The special color, known as “Diamond Stardust,” is littered with actual diamonds.

Using a thousand crushed diamonds turned into powder, the powder is then mixed with the paint used to coat the car. A Rolls-Royce representative commented that “This is the world’s first luxury car that is coated with real diamonds mixed in with the paint.”
