BMW has provided a first hand look of its next-generation X3.
On March 3, the German luxury automaker revealed images of its next-gen X3 prototype undergoing a development test in snowy conditions.
The BMW X3 was launched back in 2003. To accompany the X5, BMW introduced the X3 as its midsize Sports Activity Vehicle (SAV). The current second-generation X3 debuted in 2010 and underwent its first significant makeover four years later, in 2014.
The recently revealed prototype is for its third-generation model, which could be unveiled by the end of this year.
