On March 7, Subaru unveiled the new XV at the 2017 Geneva International Motor Show in Switzerland.
The XV is a crossover SUV based on the Impreza. It is the 2nd model after the Impreze designed using the Subaru Global Platform.
Its design theme is “Rugged & Sporty.” It expresses its own unique individual look while also falling under Subaru’s “Dynamic X Solid” design philosophy. While its fine points both inside and outside show a careful attention to high quality and luxury, it was also designed for the improved performance that Subaru is known for.
Through the use of a platform that is refurbished in all areas, it offers an improved feeling of motion with a sense of safety and comfort the driver can feel. According to Subaru, the company carefully analyzed everything that affects the driving experience including feedback from the steering wheel and pedals, car behavior and vibration noise, to creation a luxury drive that surpasses anything in its class.
