2017 Geneva International Motor Show: Toyota to unveil Yaris GRMN with 210hp supercharger

On February 20, Toyota Motor Europe announced that it will unveil the Yaris GRMN at the 2017 Geneva International Motor Show in March.

In January, the company announced that it was planning to create a high performance version of the Yaris, which is called the Vitz in Japan. Toyota has now decided to call the model the Yaris GRMN.

The Yaris GRMN is a model to commemorate Toyota’s return to the World Rally Championship (WRC) for the 2017 series. It was developed as a high performance model that reflects the image of the WRC.

Details about the Yaris GRMN’s power train have also been released. It is equipped wiht a 1.8L supercharger. According to Toyota Motor Europe, it puts out over 210hp.
