In early February, Mazda North American Operations (MNAO) introduced its 2017 MX-5 Miata.
The 2017 model comes with minor changes centered on upgrades to its safety features.
Moreover, for the 2017 MX-5, Mazda has standardized Blind Spot Monitoring and Rear Cross Traffic Alert on its Club trim. Previously, these safety features were only available on the Grand Touring.
The base price of the 2017 MX-5 Miata is $24,915 USD (approximately 2.84 million yen). It will be released this month to customers in the U.S.
When referring to its power-to-weight ratio, MNAO said, “The MX-5 Miata offers the best thrills-per-dollar ratio (cost performance) in the U.S. market.”
