On February 10, Toyota Motor Corporation unveiled its all-new 2018 Sequoia at the 2017 Chicago Motor Show. Toyota’s full-size SUV for the North American market, the Sequoia was developed based on the Tundra full-size pickup.
It features dimensions that are slightly larger than the Land Cruiser 200 and offers three rows of seating for up to eight passengers.
The current second-generation model was introduced back in the fall of 2007 at the Los Angeles Auto Show. For the recently unveiled 2018 Sequoia, Toyota underwent a major overhaul with the hope of a longer life cycle.
The all-new Sequoia features a redesigned exterior on all trims as well as an exclusively designed front grille on certain grades. The newly designed LED headlights/fog lamps and daytime running lights also contribute to its renewed appearance.
Moreover, the 2018 lineup also features the new TRD Sport trim, which comes equipped with exclusively tuned Bilstein dampers, TRD stabilizer, 20-inch alloy wheels and a powerful 5.7-liter V8 gasoline engine.
