2016 Los Angeles Auto Show: Subaru launches VIZIV-7 SUV Concept as preview of new SUV in 2018

On November 18, Subaru unveiled its VIZIV-7 SUV Concept at the 2016 Los Angeles Auto Show, currently being held in the US.

The VIZIV is a series of concepts that represents Subaru’s future vision of automobile manufacturing that delivers “enjoyment and peace of mind” to its customers.

With exterior dimensions of 5,200mm x 2,030mm x 1,860mm (length x width x height) and a wheelbase of 2,990mm, the recently unveiled VIZIV-7 SUV Concept features the largest exterior amongst Subaru’s entire lineup of vehicles. It represents the future of Subaru’s multi-passenger SUVs, and according to the Japanese automaker, it offers plenty of space in all three rows of seating.

In addition, it features a powerful design and 265/55R21 tires, representing Subaru’s DYNAMIC x SOLID design philosophy.

Subaru said, “It represents the size and capacity of our mid-size three-row SUV that will be introduced to the North American market in 2018.”
