2016 SEMA Show: Honda displays Civic Type R prototype model

Honda unveiled the Civic Type R prototype model that made its debut at the Paris Motor Show in September at the 2016 SEMA Show, which opened its doors on November 11.

At its booth, Honda displayed the Civic Hatchback concept model equipped with accessories by genuine custom brand HFP, as well as models based on the 10th generation Civic series with various types of tuning and customization. It also showed models with various genuine accessory parts such as a sport grille and bed extender to expand storage space for the new Ridgeline, which recently underwent a full model change.

The Acura booth, however, displayed the NSX GT3 race car that is expected to make its racing debut in North America in 2017. It was displayed along with an MDX luxury SUV fitted out with wrapping to give a racing image with a specially built trailer designed with an NSF motif.
