On September 29, Nissan Motor Company unveiled its all-new Micra (the March, in Japan) at the 2016 Paris Motor Show.
The new fifth-generation Micra was developed to compete in Europe, the world’s largest market for hatchbacks. It offers an impressive character line defining its long exterior as well as an eye-catching design.
The new Micra is lower, wider and roomier than its previous models. The exterior measures at 3,999 x 1,743 x 1,455mm (length x width x height) and the wheelbase is 2,525mm long. Compared with the current Micra, the new model is 174mm longer, 77mm wider, and 55mm lower and the wheelbase is 75mm longer.
From a safety perspective, the Micra features Nissan Intelligent Mobility which includes Intelligent Emergency Braking, Lane Departure Prevention and other advanced safety technology that are offered on top segment vehicles.
