On July 4 Toyota Motor Corporation began selling new high end variants of its minivans, the Alphard and the Vellfire.
The Alphard, taking the S model as a base and adding equipment from its A Package to create the â€œSA Package Type Blackâ€ as well as the SA model base â€œSA Type Black,â€ comes specially equipped with a custom gold emblem on the front, dark plated fog lamps, and custom seats. The covering for seats uses highly smooth ultra suede as its primary material that comes in black with brown perforations and brown stitching, heightening the uniqueness of the interior.
The Vellfire, taking the Z model as a base and adding the equipment from itâ€™s A Edition to create the custom model â€œZA Edition Golden Eyesâ€ as well as the ZA mode base â€œZA Golden Eyesâ€, with gold flourished head lamps, a dark plated grill, and custom seats. The covering for seats uses ultra suede as its primary material that comes in black with gold perforations and has crocodile-patterned dark blue shoulders made of composite leather that highlights the distinct feel of the vehicle.
In addition to this, standard to all models are high luminance-coated custom aluminum wheels and a 4 spoke, dark wood pattern leather-wrapped steering wheel. The black roof head lining, power back door (with a safety function preventing the door catching), an power outlet accessory (AC 100 V, 100W x1) are other attractive special features of these minivans.
