On April 25, Toyota Motor Corporation will unveil its all-new Prius to the Chinese market at the 2016 Beijing Motor Show.
The new Prius was released to the Japanese market in December 2015. It will be released in North America, Europe, and other regions including China, which will get its first glimpse of the fourth-generation Prius at the upcoming auto show in Beijing.
Based on Toyota’s idea of “Making Ever-better Cars,†the new Prius has arrived with an even more refined hybrid technology as its name “Prius†(meaning “to leadâ€) implies.
In addition, the new Accord Hybrid features Toyota New Global Architecture (TNGA) for the first time. Along with outstanding environmental performance, it features a downsized hybrid system and enhanced rigidity for the body to offer a lower center of gravity and a more enjoyable ride.
Toyota has yet to reveal any details on the new Prius for the Chinese market as of this time. The previous third-generation model was sold under FAW Toyota, a joint venture with FAW Automotive.
