On March 16, Scion, Toyota’s youth brand in America, announced that they will be unveiling their last model at the 2016 New York Auto Show this March 23, consequent to their brand being phased out.
On February 3, Toyota announced that it will discontinue the Scion brand. As a result, the tC, Scion’s two-door coupe, will also be discontinued. The tC Release Series 10.0 to be unveiled at the 2016 New York Auto Show will be Scion’s last model.
The Release Series 10.0 is outfitted with an aero kit designed by the famous aero designer Kei Miura. The kit consists of a front lip spoiler, rocker panels, and rear trunk and bumper spoilers. It is outfitted with aluminum wheels with a gloss black finish to match its red body color.
The suspension system features TRD performance lowering springs. It also has TRD performance dual exhaust, providing a deeper sound.
The interior features black and red tones. The sports seats, the steering wheel, and the shift lever features a red stitching. The seat belts are red.
