2016 Geneva Motor Show: Lexus to debut hybrid model for LC500

On February 15, Lexus announced that it will unveil the LC500h at the 2016 Geneva International Motor Show next month in Switzerland.

The LC500h is the hybrid version of their all-new top-of-the-line coupe, the LC500, which was launched at the 2016 North American International Auto Show in January. Together with the LC500, the LC500h is a flagship coupe that will guide Lexus into a new chapter.

Featuring a new FR platform, the LC500 offers an exceptional ride along with elegant design. It received the EyesOn Design Award as the best production car and the best-designed interior at the 2016 North American International Auto Show. Lexus has received rave reviews for its designs.

Toyota’s luxury brand has yet to reveal any details regarding the LC500h and its power train as of this time. According to Lexus, the LC500h will be the first vehicle in the world to feature a multi-stage hybrid system.

Details of the LC500h are scheduled to be announced on February 18 ahead of the Geneva International Motor Show.
