From January 15 to 17, TOM’S will be conducting an exhibit at the 2016 Tokyo Auto Salon, which will be held in Makuhari Messe in Chiba; they released the announcement in their official website. The Keeper TOM’S RCF, which will be participating in the Super GT, will also be exhibited in this event.
TOM’S is actively participating in domestic and international racing events, such as the Super GT. With the knowledge they acquire from participating in such activities, they develop and sell customized parts and the like. Aside from exhibiting the Lexus RC F TOM’S, which TOM’S has been managing, they will also exhibit the Keeper TOM’S RC F of Super GT’s GT500 class along with it. The opportunity to see Super GT machines up close is so rare; it is likely that not only racing fans would be attending, but ordinary patrons as well.
On January 16 and 17, while the event is taking place, they will also hold a talk show featuring Ryo Hirakawa of Team Lexus RC F, who drove the #37 RC F during the 2015 Super GT. It will be held from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM on both days; nevertheless, there might be changes hereafter as these are tentative. During such, they will also initiate discussions regarding their current developments. This event is a must-see for the fans.
Aside from that, they also set to sell TOM’S parts and merchandise such as Super GT team apparel in the booth.
