To celebrate its 55-year anniversary of the Hijet, Daihatsu has added the limited Gold Edition to its Hijet Cargo line. Sales began November 30.
The limited edition model has various options like Cruise Turbo, Cruise and Deluxe. They’ve given it a stylish exterior with a special anniversary emblem, unique body colors and gold painting for a premium feel.
The interior has a chic, classy feel with black for the seats and door trim and touches of silver for the area around the instrument panel. The outer body is protected by a 3-year rust warrantee and 5-year scratch warrantee, and the seats are waterproof. There are also improved features for ease-of-use like the storage area LED lamps and ABS.
The price starts from 1,060,971 yen.
There is a Beauty Pack option for the Hijet Cargo, Dekkiban and Atrai Wagon with IR&UV cut glass and there are improvements to products like larger speakers. The Atrai Wagon also has new colors added.
