The Lexus GS F features a 5.0-liter naturally aspirated V8 2UR-GSE engine, the same unit as the RC F. As it generates a maximum output of 477ps/7,100rpm and maximum torque of 54.0kgm/4,800~5,600rpm, the GS F possesses more than enough power for circuit drives.
After the engine was constructed, it underwent a special adjustment process for the engine balance. As a result, the GS F is said to offer the best engine balance amongst the Lexus lineup.
Providing traction for the road are Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires with 255/35ZR19 on the front and 275/35ZR19 at the back. The GS F also comes with exclusively tuned double wishbone suspension for the front and toe-control multi-link suspension on the rear. In addition, Lexus has standardized the GS F with Torque Vectoring Differential (TVD), which was available as an option for the RC F.
Along with upgraded brakes, 6-piston mono block calipers and 380mm diameter brake discs are equipped on the front, and 4-piston mono block calipers and 345mm diameter discs at the back.
