Nissan has decided which models it’s going to world premiere at the 2015 Los Angeles Auto Show, which opens November 17.
This was revealed by the auto show’s sponsor, which announced that Nissan would premiere the 2016 Sentra at the show.
The current Sentra is its 7th generation model. It was unveiled at the 2012 Los Angeles Auto Show. The Sentra was originally the North American version of the Japanese Sunny. After the Sunny was discontinued in Japan in 2004, it became a sedan model for North America.
At the 2012 Beijing Motor Show in April 2012, Nissan unveiled the new Sylphy, which was then released in Japan in December. The current Sentra is the sister model to the new Sylphy.
At the moment, details of the 2016 model have not been released. It’s been three years since its debut, so it’s quite likely that there are major improvements to the exterior and interior.
