In mid-May, Toyota UK released the 2015 Verso.
The Verso is a compact MPV developed specifically for the European market. The current model is the 3rd generation and it was unveiled at the 2009 Geneva Motor Show in March, 2009. Built at Toyota’s Turkey plant, it’s a C Segment model that aims to offer the top in its class in comfort, safety and ease of use.
In fall 2012, three and a half years after its debut, Toyota made its first major changes to the Verso and premiered the new version at the 2012 Paris Motor Show. The biggest change was the new design for the front mask. It had the same image as that of the Auris. Including the front mask, more than 470 parts of the Verso were updated.
Now, Toyota UK is unveiling the new 2015 model. It is also unveiling the luxury Trend Plus grade. It’s distinguished by features like its genuine leather upholstery and DVD entertainment system for the back seats.
One model within the Trend Plus grade, the Toyota Touch 2, is equipped with a touch panel multimedia and navigation system. All 2015 models of the Verso are expected to meet Euro 6 emissions standards.
