Detroit Motor Show 2015: Honda to add new plug-in and EV for the US market

On January 13 at the 2015 North American International Auto Show, Honda announced that they will be releasing new environmentally-friendly vehicles in the US.

According to the Japanese automaker, it will introduce new electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids by the year 2018.

Moreover, Honda is expanding its hybrid lineup as well. They are planning to add its two- and three-motor hybrid systems on more vehicles for the US market within the next few years.

More and more ultra-low emission vehicles will become available to customers in the US thanks to Honda’s upcoming additions.

Honda said, “We’ll continue to remain very competitive in the market for alternative fuel vehicles”.
