Honda recalls over 55,000 vehicles in Russia for defective airbags

Honda has conducted a recall on three models for the Russian market.

In mid-August, the Russian standards agency announced that it was notified of a recall by Honda’s Russian subsidiary.

This recall, which applies to 55,590 units of the Jazz (the Fit, in Japan), Accord and CR-V sold in Russia, pertains to a defective airbag.

Honda will be contacting the owners of these vehicles and the airbags will be repaired/replaced immediately at its dealerships.
