A video of the Nissan BladeGliderâ€™s latest prototype have been revealed on the Internet. This electric sports car concept was unveiled in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on August 4.
The BladeGlider was launched at the Tokyo Motor Show in fall 2013. It offers a new type of driving pleasure as it combines exceptional efficiency with exhilaration through its ancestors, the Glider and the DeltaWing.
For its newest BladeGlider concept, Nissan has updated its exterior design. Along with a redesigned front end, it features enlarged taillights at the rear as well as rear-hinged dihedral doors. The cabin offers new styling for its steering wheel and meters.
As for its electric power train, the motor generates 268hp of maximum output and 72.1kgm of maximum torque. Combined with its light 1,300kg of cargo weight, this BladeGlider concept can reach speeds of up to 190km/h and accelerate from 0 to 100km/h in less than five seconds.
