Toyota exceeds target sales for new Camry 4.8 times over in first month in Japan

Speaking on the company’s new Camry, Toyota announced that as of August 9, one month after it went on sale on July 10, the company had exceeded its target number of sales for that period 4.8 times over, coming in at a total of approximately 11,500 cars ordered, in Japan.

What has really been praised about the car is its sporty and elegant styling brought about by the car’s wide and low form; the newly developed 2.5 liter dynamic force engine based on the company’s TNGA or Toyota New Global Architecture platform as well as its excellent handling thanks to the new platform; Toyota Safety Sense P coming standard on all models of the Camry as well as the application of a plethora of safety features such as intelligent clearance sonar.
