The 2016 Japan Camping Car Show will be held from February 11 to 14 in Makuhari Messe where 300 camping cars will gather.
The theme for this year’s Camping Car Show is “Bringing together cars with sleeping accommodations and cars for leisure.” New camping cars mounted with equipment for overnight accommodation will be showcased one after another. In addition to equipment and outdoor goods that enable a common car to provide comfort for overnight accommodation, a variety of camper life choices will be presented at the venue, such as the “Rent-a-car Corner” for those who want to enjoy a camping car for the first time, as well as the “Auto Loan and Auto Insurance.”
Furthermore, at this year’s Camping Car Show, a clear zoning of related items, such as the “Spending a Night in Your Car Outdoors Zone” and the “Traveling with your Pet Zone,” has been made to meet the diverse needs of the attendees.
The 4th Camping Car Awards, an awards ceremony for celebrities who love camping cars, will be held at the opening ceremony on February 11 at 10am. Terry Ito, this year’s winner, will also be in attendance.
Advance tickets for high school students and older cost 800 yen, while tickets for elementary and junior high school students cost 400 yen. Tickets with the official guide book are also now on sale for 1,200 yen.
