According to Nissan’s production, sales, and export results for November 2015, the global production volume is up 6.2% year-on-year to 461,127 units, an increase for the seventh consecutive year.
The production in Japan is up 6.2% year-on-year to 66,680 units, an increase for the first time in two months. The production overseas is up 6.2% year-on-year to 394,447 units, enjoying its seventh consecutive month of growth and an all-time record for the month of November. The production in China is enjoying a significant increase, up 14.0% year-on-year to 130,758 units. The production in the United States is up 9.6% year-on-year to 82,119 units, while the production in Mexico is up 3.9% year-on-year to 70,395 units, both enjoying an all-time record for the month of November.
The global sales decreased 0.9% year-on-year to 438,557 units, a decline for the first time in six months. The sales in Japan are in their 18th consecutive month of decline, down 9.3% year-on-year to 41,786 units. The passenger car sales decreased 8.8% year-on-year to 24,904 units, while kei car sales decreased 10.1% to 16,880 units. Meanwhile, the sales overseas are enjoying their seventh consecutive month of increase, up 0.1% year-on-year to 396,771 units.
The exports are enjoying their second consecutive month of increase, up 8.2% year-on-year to 43,637 units.
