Mazda pledges 3M yen to Nepal for earthquake relief

On May 18, Mazda announced that it would pledge 3,000,000 yen in donations to help areas affected by the Nepal earthquake.

Pledged through the Japan Red Cross, the funds will go toward helping local areas recover.

On April 25, a 7.8 magnitude earthquake struck western Nepal, killing over 8,000 people and causing serious damage. On May 12, a 7.3 magnitude aftershock struck Nepal, worsening the damage.
