Mitsubishi has announced what it will exhibit at the 2015 Automotive Engineering Exposition, which runs from May 20 to 22 at Pacifico Yokohama.
The company plans to display an Outlander PHEV model that’s shortened in the front and back, the motor of the Plug-In Hybrid EV System that the Outlander PHEV uses, and batteries and other important parts. It plans to introduce its new next-generation @earth Technology initiative and other advanced technology it’s using.
In addition to a corner where visitors can experience the smartphone-attached display audio for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, it also plans to exhibit its V2H device, which allows users to charge their electric vehicles using their home’s electrical supply. This technology creates new value for electric vehicles. It will also have a panel introducing its ideas about next-generation cockpits. At a special corner where visitors can experience first-hand the latest technological features, there will be an Outlander PHEV.
