The Tokyo Auto Salon Association announced that the 2015 Tokyo Auto Salon with NAPAC is to be held at the Makuhari Messe, starting from the 9th of January until the 11th, will exhibit 4,163 booths, the highest number of booths in the history of the said event.
This year’s Tokyo Auto Salon will be held at the Makuhari Messe once again. In addition to using the International Exhibition Halls 1-11 and the Makuhari Event Hall, the Auto Salon will also use the International Conference Hall. There will be a total of 4,163 booths, up 7 percent from last year’s 3,880 booths. This year’s Auto Salon will use the largest exhibition space ever in the history of Auto Salon.
As part of the Tokyo Auto Salon’s community service, 128 5th graders from Chiba City Kaihin-Utase Elementary School were invited to come to the show on the field trip themed, “Thinking about the Ideal Car.”
Furthermore, in an effort to continue working alongside the local community, this year’s Tokyo Auto Salon will also set up a satellite venue at the neighboring Aeon Mall Makuhari New City showcasing a number of custom cars. A-Class, the Tokyo Auto Show’s poster girls, will also perform at the satellite venue.
